Tracy Hermanski-Derryberry was born and raised in North Central Oklahoma, deeply rooted in the agricultural community. As the oldest of two daughters, she grew up on the family farm. Her father was a dedicated farmer and devout deacon, and her stay-at-home mother taught essential life skills like gardening, preserving food, and the value of hard work. From a young age, she learned the importance of responsibility, integrity, and the value of building strong, lasting relationships-principles that continue to guide her in every aspect of life.
Tracy is married to Toby Derryberry, and together they have five children. They are a dynamic and unbreakable team, continuing the family tradition of raising beef cattle, heritage hogs, and other livestock. This rich agricultural background gives Tracy a unique perspective, blending hard work and a commitment to family with an understanding of rural and residential real estate.
In addition to her farming life, Tracy has diverse experience in the funeral industry and interior design, where she developed a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of the importance of creating meaningful spaces.
