Trish Ary was born in Illinois and moved to Oklahoma at a young age. She began her real estate career at just 18 years old with Williams & Williams Real Estate Auction Company, where she developed a strong foundation in real estate auctions, operations, and the business side of real estate. It was also there that she met her husband and business partner, Drew.

Trish brings a diverse skill set to Ary Land Co., combining her real estate auction background with extensive experience in office management and operations. These strengths played a key role when she and Drew took a leap of faith to build their own real estate company. She is a proud member of the Realtors Land Institute and an RLI APEX Award winner, recognizing excellence and high-level production on a national scale.

Beyond brokerage, Trish owns a small rental portfolio and has been deeply involved in renovations and the construction of her own home. This hands-on experience has expanded her knowledge of construction, pricing, and value driven improvements, allowing her to confidently guide clients through preparation, inspections, and negotiations to ensure smooth, successful closings.

Real estate and entrepreneurship run deep in Trish’s roots. Her father immigrated to America from Greece and built successful restaurants alongside his parents, instilling in her the Greek value of Filotimo, a deep sense of duty, integrity, self-sacrifice, and service to family and community. Adding to that legacy, her maternal grandmother, known as “The Real Estate Lady,” was a pioneering real estate agent in the Chicago area and was recognized for her creative marketing approach and strong ethics.

While her family’s work ethic shaped her foundation, Trish credits much of her growth and success to her husband, Drew. His mentorship, leadership, and unwavering belief in her have continually pushed her to grow, and she remains deeply grateful to God for connecting their paths for far more than one reason.

Specializing in residential real estate, land, homes on acreage, and luxury properties, Trish played an instrumental role in building the Ary Home Co. division of Ary Land Co. Together, Trish and Drew have closed more than 650 transactions totaling over $300 million in sales volume, earning the distinction of Wagoner County’s number one land and home team.

Trish lives in Coweta with her husband, Drew, and their three dogs, Cooper, Charlie, and Lucky. Outside of real estate, she enjoys remodeling homes, spending time outdoors, playing golf, cooking, and making memories with her large family.
